Return and Refund Policy

At Zarinify.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our digital products, we have specific return and refund policies for digital and physical items.

1. Return Eligibility for Physical Products: Items may be returned if they are defective or incorrect. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

2. Non-Returnable Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of software, code scripts, games, themes, plugins, and other downloadable content are final. No returns or refunds are provided for digital products once the purchase is completed.

3. Return Process for Physical Products: To initiate a return for a physical product, contact us at returns@zarinify.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds: Refunds for physical products will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds for digital products are not available.

5. Damaged or Defective Digital Products: If you encounter issues with a digital product (e.g., corrupted files, unusable code), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement if applicable.

6. Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges for digital products. For physical products, exchanges are treated as returns followed by a new purchase.
